★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on the way from Kolkata, we had an injector malfunction in a Vento, around 250km from Vizag. Called up this place using Google number and spoke with Ajay. He offered to send a unit to help us fix the problem or arrange towing. We decided to drive down with the car in limp mode. Upon reaching, Ajay had the parts ready, job card created and a mechanic waiting to start the work. ECU scanning and injector install was done within minutes. Test drive was completed as soon as a senior tech person was available. With a complimentary body wash and payment, we were out of the place within 1.5 hours. 5* and Cheers for Ajay and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cold approach and lethargic staff. Its not the Volkswagen style of working , was kept long time for water service and later denied service as the person is not available. For the entire vizag this is the only service center and level of response is not good. Wish VW improves on service as good as their products .

Their cordial approach towards customer while purchasing a car is very much laudable. Newcomers into car buying will feel comfortable once they step into VW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confirm that ventos front mirror along with wipers were replaced with broken mirror and defective wipers.
I had to leave the city and can't take it back to them. Wipers were in good condition, but totally stopped working.
These folks are not fair to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So.. Took this car delivery in Hyderabad on 2nd Feb and drove to vizag the same say.. almost 800kms done on same day.
Went to the service centre in Auto Nagar without appointment around 9am.
They honored it and I got the first service for the New Taigun done..
The inspector explained me all the points during g the time of service.
Got a complementary gift from the service center.
The bill was zero including the car wash..
Overall, great service, on time and all the staff are courteous and attentive...
