★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been Buying Volta’s from long time now but unfortunately I have to say that the service and product is not what it used to be . We bought voltas AC few years ago and just 7-8 months of its use it went faulty and stopped cooling . We called the customer care centre few times and they came and fill up the gas , charged us money and left . Now this has become a regular ritual for us , gas disappears after few months they come and ask for money and makes false promise that it will not happen again , but same issue appears again and they try to charge us more money . It’s shame that such a big prestigious company like voltas has such a poor customer service centres , who doesn’t understand their responsibility and try their best to rip their customers off .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services. They are unable to fix a cooler for past 4 months(2 months excluding lockdown). Irony is that it’s a new cooler used only for 1 month. Voltas definition of 1 year warranty is that they will keep the issue open till your warranty expires. So basically any warranty you get from Voltas is not for you but for Voltas itself?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 1 ton Voltas AC .
when I bought I was told its a 5 star AC and the warranty is for 5 years.
After having bought and installed they say that I have to get it serviced from Voltas only.
Voltas services manually and charge Rs 500 for each service for a just average job.They do not carry any good cleaning gadgets.Whole of Delhi NCR does it with a vaccum but they stick to a used old tooth brush for equipment.
I get calls from at least 2 people for the service.
There is no message as to who is going to visit...his name contact.They do not carry Voltas ID too.
I feel i am over charged for a shoddy below average job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE VOTAS AC SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, THEY CAN NOT ABLE TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE. I REQUESTED FOR AC SERVICE ONE MONTH BEFORE NOBODY CAME AND RESOVE THE PROBLEM

No body pickup the phone in customer care and services centre and Area manager or branch manager...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two no of voltas window AC at my residence 6208 Alok vihar 2 ,F6Sector 50 Noida G nagar up ,have AMC for both ,but regret to inform that no body on any plateform &on phone is responsible & responding to any services orcompaint.pl advise & help.The services of the franchisee company in the name of Sameer highcon communications A1 gr ffloor shubham apat.SARFABAD is extremely hopeless reflecting very badly in the name of VOLTAZ. Pl look into seriously & resolve.

The scam is that VOLTAS Engineer who come to install AC don't give GST invoice instead they are offering service challan and then on the other hand company claims that the installation should be from the authorized vendor of VOLTAS otherwise they will forfeit the warranty.
