With very low standard experience and experimenting with your AC. They will not respond back to faulty work once you have paid the amount to the person concerned. BEWARE

When I asked her to connect me to another agent, she intentionally said "wrong number" and disconnected the call.
Service in India has deteriorated with time - will not recommend.
For a product with required annual servicing, there are much better companies who promise, and deliver good product with good service.
Will not recommend to anybody.
