★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is small but don't expect to learn anything here.. Full of politics.. Can u imagine I was sent back to home after taking 2 days of sick leave? Immediate next day EOD they gave me papers and asked to move. I just served 1+ months here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR is pathetic here. I had bad interview experience here. The HR changed the interview time on my request and when I was about to reach there I called the HR as I was unable to locate the office.She bluntly said why I was coming now for interview. She could not remember the updated time. They finished the interview within 5 minutes to complete formality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to Oottru Technologies for interview. The HR and technical staff were co-ordial and the interview went as scheduled. It looks like a small sized company, but people seemed lively. Could be a good learning curve.

They took all rounds and didn't released the offer.
The HR is like puppet and tottaly dumb fellow I have seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken up an interview here. Took some time to locate the place. Small environment. Very much positive attitude and accomadative HR personnel’s. Not sure abt the company environment. Guess there is a good learning curve and growth here.
Interview process was subtle. Unlike other organisations there were encouraging HR here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going for interview here make sure you enquire properly about how much experience they want. Confirm this again and again even after you clear your first telephonic round. And first of all before going make sure the interviewer is present there otherwise they will make you wait for hours and then someone will come for interviewing and then make an excuse that actually we are looking for more experienced persons. Just a waste of time going there. Office is also very small.
