★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had with any travel agent. They are simply fraud. They only take money for their false commitments and finally they don't deliver. Keeps on giving one after another false statements. Employees are big fraudsters. If you don't want to invite nightmarish trouble, avoid Voyagers Club - the fraudsters club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands over Passport and visa at the very last moment only 3 days before the journey. Takes to Indian restaurants some of which are not polite! Did not take us to any restaurant to taste local food of that place. Matrix provided was problematic and charged too high amount for Sim. Sometimes information was not provided properly. Took us to Singapore but Singapore flyer ride was not done.
A staff who sits in Shyambazar office alone does not give information properly and then cannot speak properly. Then why is he sitting there!!! He doesn't behave properly also. Guide gets angry always!!!!
SO MANY FAULTS ARE THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I toured Sri Lanka with them- very friendly and good service though tour was slightly hectic. However, the hotels we stayed and food we had were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking Europe Summer Tour, I am helplessly waiting for refund of my fully paid money. The tour was withheld for Covid19 situation, but the Company is not returning money since April 2020 on different pleas. Even they are not replying to e-mail, not also picking telephone calls and shows no intention to return money. Such organization should not at all be believed. Its authority should be hanged for illegally withholding customers' money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 2×Rs.50000.00 for tour of Australia and New Zealand as booking fees through souroj Basu on early of 2019 for tour to be commencing on October 2019. But it was dropped perhaps due to covid19 spreader all over the world. The authority of voyagers club did not pay heed to intimate as courtesy. This is unfortunate being very old members of voyagers club.
Meanwhile, voyagers club sold out to Miles to Miles company but the fate of above bookings/ refund against cancellation did not focus to us.we are wondering by seeing silence to our favourite director Ms.sreyoshi Biswas regarding the statusco of voyagers club .It is surprisingly not understand that money deposited by us to erstwhile voyagers club will be credited to new Miles and Miles company or not??
Kindly highlight the latest status of erstwhile voyagers club / and new agency mile and Miles about the fate of us .
Pl.note that I have super respect to voyagers club.
