★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends, You might see the VR builders are good with ratings till now, I feel they made it for them selves. but my advice is just visit all apartments ( with out brokers or marketing people ) in Hoskote which they are built and also sites. They are not much commited to what they offer or else they delay a lot in their projects and after you paid they don’t even care for you. Understand by visiting sites before you commit and think before paying what you have hard earned.
You can reach directly to VR shobha meadows, VR Elegance, VR Vatika, VR Golulam apartments. Even visit the sites with out marketing or any of their support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am accept the quality for structure. But They were not given the OC(Occupancy Certificate) or KHATA. Flats are saled 56 out of 60 from 2017-2019. But still we didn't get the KHATA, Road, Municipal Water, Municipal corporation and UGD(Underground Drainage).
