Good maintenance, Excellent AUDIO & video experience .Full automatic such as power window, reverse sensor etc. I got mileage 23km in AC & Hills drive, because I maintained 90-100kmph. Highway tolls are covered in FAST TAG . Less security deposit, average or below average tariff compared with others. Polite staff members. Safest self drive car.
Overall experience is Excellent.
Thank to VROOM drive .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a Honda Jazz for 4 days. The lock/unlock on the key fob was not functional and the car smelt really bad when I picked it up. Didn't have anything to do with the pet. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to rent a car for your weekend trips. The cars are well maintained and properly sanitized before each use. The booking through app is seamless. Also the rates are highly competitive as compared to Zoomcar of drivezy.
Quality of cars is much better than drivezy. This centre is located just a stone throws distance from Sakra world hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 7 seater car from Vroom. They sent 10 years old Scorpio. It was very difficult to drive that car. Condition was extremely bad.
Fleet of vroom is not at all good. Please don't book from them.
They start giving pain right starting from registering on vroom portal.
Music player didn't work. Seats were very uncomfortable.

Had booked a XUV 500 for my trip to Ooty. While booking through the Vroom app, it showed the vehicle had done 78000 kms. However the vehicle I was assigned had 178000 kms. The car's tyres were in terrible state with the spare wheel having a big cut covered with a tape.
Unluckily I suffered a flat tyre in the hills while driving to Avalanchi Lake which has the steepest and narrowest hilly roads.. I was stranded and had to take a risk to use the damaged spare wheel in order to reach the nearest garage 4kms away in the hills. Somehow survived with my family by god's grace.
The windshield of the car had so many scratches that it completely blinded me while driving whenever sunlight or incoming headlight beams of cars coming from the opposite direction at night felli on it
Another glaring cover up was the pollution certificate that was handed with the car documents
The certificate had the wrong registration number and the vehicle type was listed as tempo. While the picture of the number plate on the certificate was of the original car registration plate. See attached picture.
Strict legal action should be taken against this company for fooling and endangering the lives of their customers
