★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delhi office people are useless, they never pickup the phone and does not revert in an appropriate manner.
One should not purchase any pendrive or GD classes and in case of need, they will not pick up your phone and you will just waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about faculty because,I don't study from these...but, only know that faculty is very good heart people's because they give all lectures free to students ..This work done by only few peoples and they are the ones who serve themselves for creating future of students...And again Deepika mam is very cooperative and that is true.... whenever I ask my doubt to mam she always give me honest answer and always talk fluently...she did not ignore our calls messseges and Query ...she always try to give all answers to all students query she ask our doubts to faculty and give answer to any student query ...So,Vsmart academy is better option for students to do any professional course....

Never suggest anyone to take classes from vsmart. I had taken DT final classes, answers in their questioner and mcqs is completely wrong. It was so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased DT IDT Fast Track combo. I have my order details but I didn't receive confirmation on mail. I am trying to contact on every number of the academy but no reply.
Worst Management...Late Response...IVR will not get connected.
They talk to you like they are giving classes free of cost.

I had ordered video class on 11th july 2020 and till 29th july 2020 still waiting for books which is not shipped yet.
Very disappointing job by vsmart academy.
I'll never recommend to any friend to take lectures from this academy unless you have sufficient time 2 or 3 months for waiting books delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office.. Staff is very soft spoken and cooperative... Query resolution time is very less. If u want to pick up books from the office it is advisable to give them a call first and to check the number of modules. Office timings are also very student friendly... They don't accept payments here.. U need to purchase the pd online and then pick up ur books from the office by providing order number. If u have any technical difficulties with lectures, u can visit the office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with vsmart academy ...2 times I ordered from vsmart academy but both times they disappoint me...1st time I ordered audit classes from vsmart of ravi taori sir but they did not dispatch books on time even they did not reply my calls n msg after that I called to auditguru.in and they were helped me even for technical issue vsmart team did not support audit guru's team only helped me for this...n this time I booked IDT classes and same issue happened again ..they did not process order on time.i don't comment about any faculty , my review is all about management and vsmart management is very poor....
