Young team members even your RM or Senior managers are quite young
It will help you a great deal if you have good communication skills
Punch in time is really less like 6 hours constitute a full day so if no one cares you can leave quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for an interview. They conducted a written round first with aptitude and subject based questions. It was a bit difficult for me as I was not good in aptitude.
Pros: Good way of greetings
Nice work culture
Cons: Canteen was messy and no microwave was provided.
Meeting room was as dirty as a store room.

3 years bond is one of the worst thing here with very less salary.
but anyway i got my first offer after B Tech from here that was really awesome for me that time.

I had gone through a interview process for a project management role and I have done my engineering with a specialization in project management this clearly shows that they are not relying on your curriculum. Also I have previous experience in operations management and this shows that they even not relying on it.
Starting with hr pre screening hr was convinced, next round with a project manager was aslo convinced, last round with a general manager she said I seems to be irrelevant for this particular role so I just want to ask a simple question didn't I gave you my cv or did you not see it at the very start.
Successfully wasted my 15 days in the process, I might have done other things.
