★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice flats with proper parking space ground floor and under ground... the top floors are very airy and view is very good... small shops are easily accessible just in front of apartment gate.... very near to akankha apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential society...Only one problem that facing few noisy loudspeakers. Also convenience facility is not yet developed fully. But that is the beauty for those who want to live in peaceful areas sans few unwanted noises sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good atmosphere, all residences are well behaved persons. There have children play ground, swimming pool where learns swimming , also learn drawing and dancing. There have modern multigym, badminton court , table tennis court , playroom and community hall. I attach to here since 2011 by my profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have met so many real estate agencies , but this is the worst one I have ever met. I contacted Roopa Madam for a requirement of a rent house - she was so unprofessional and very rude in her behavior. Initially she asked me to pay 1 month rent as her fees(if I finalize the property.) Later when I asked her that "Why are you charging 1 month's rent as your fees ? almost all the real estate agencies do not charge from customer, they directly charge from the house owner". She then told me in text msg that - "Ok I will not charge anything from you". THIS IS THE 1st UNFOFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. She is not following any system/protocol. Later she also wrote a big text on wats app - " since u are not paying me, I will not be able to show you any property (before this text, she had already told me -'ok I will not charge you anything- which I just mentioned above). She also texted "since this is my bread and butter and also my effort, you know what hardships a lady has to face, you being a lady."..... Does any professional company writes like this to a customer? After few days later when I called her again, she started fighting with me , saying I cant show you any houses as you are not paying me. I asked her not to behave in this manner, but she in turn telling me "do not teach me how to behave".... Very bad experience with VYAS REAL ESTATE.
