★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid for treatment, since it is colleg cum hospital and interns will attend the the patients without supervision of doctors and if u get admitted and discharge is not an easy task because they use Balck mailing term "discharge aganist the medical advice"
- my wife admitted in an emergency on Saturday night and interns were treated in an arogant behaviour and later when I spoke they me to incharge doctor and the doctor was cool and she was convinced, so I admit her and also doctor explain me the condition and also she said it is an treatment of an day and by morning she will be discharge, but in the morning there was a fever due anesthesia in treatment (suction and evacuation under SA) so doctor ask us to continue for another day and I was with doctors advise and further 2nd day morning she was having bit of fever due removal of cannula from the wrist and she was worried of 10 month old baby, so we ask to discharge and moreover my wife is also an medical professional and she knows why fever was there. So my advice please double think befor going for treatment. For refrence please find screen shot.

It is one of the hospital in Whitefield, transportation facilities are available down. Thank you :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nightmare hospital filled with goons. There is no rating below one star, else this hospital deserves a negative rating. We and our family had a disgusting experience here in this hospital. Health department should really visit these places and get to know what is happening inside. They treat patients worst than animals here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited hospitals many times and found services is good until my last visit yesterday on 21st Apr 2022. I had very bad experience with the in-house pharmacy, DK Pharmacy. They didn't show me what all medicines/items were in the magnetic card, and gave me same set of items 2 times. I noticed this immediately after billing and asked them to take back duplicate items and refund extra money charged for it. They refused and behaved very rudely. Overall, I understood their card system is a tool to do this kind of cheating. You can't see what all prescribed item they have added until you pay the bill. Pharmacy misuse this and make a bill the way they want(by giving same set of items N number of times) and they don't allow refund for their 'mistakes'. At the end, you feel cheated and helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can afford a better place, never visit this hospital. It is no better than a disorganised fish market. I accompanied my friend for a liver biospsy at 9 am The people at the Interventional Radiology dept made us wait for 90 mins and then told us that they can do the procedure only after 2 pm. We then went back to the Gastroenterology dept who intervened to facilitate an earlier procedure. We were sent back to the IR dept and at the last moment, they told the patient to get the necessary medical consummables from the pharmacy. The pharmacy had just one functional counter with 50 people crowded around it. The staff was unresponsive and rude. The corridors are dusty and unclean and makes one feel very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time today I visited Vydehi hospital with my wife. It was not a pleasant experience. The staff at the registration counters making us run between the counters. They are not coordinating well. Not at all organised. No proper directions given to patients and attenders. Behaviour of the staff also is rude. Not at all friendly. You feel as if you r in a govt. Hospital. Totally an unwelcome feeling. Hope things will change. Doctor was a good doctor. Fees is high compared to the facilities provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience in Neurology department. I have bulging disc issue and went there with unbearable pain in my shoulder and arm. After paying Rs.650 per visit for three times I was left with the same pain. The doctor called me three times giving hope that he’ll give some steroid injection next time. Which didn’t happen . Finally making me wait for so long I was told that the head doctor is busy come again some other day. It was very disheartening, had a lot of faith in vydehi hospital. Will never visit neurology department again.
