★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital does not care about it's patients at all, they just want to get as much money from you as possible if you want to get genuine treatment go anywhere else, I recommend Apollo. The doctors here are incompetent, they tried to keep us admitted for a simple upset stomach and charged over 13k for less than 24 hours with no improvement in the condition, turns out they hadn't given all the medicines because they forgot and made me suffer unnecessary for 6 hours until I threatened to leave. After I had enough, I told them I wanted to go to a different hospital and they refused to discharge me for half a day till all their doctors had a chance to try and convince me to stay and when I still refused, they billed me for all of them as separate consultations amounting to 2k. This behaviour is extremely unethical and greedy. I went to Manipal hospital after getting discharged and the doctor there told me that what they did was ridiculous and not medically justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't carry your Mobile phones. The hospital staff will post review from your phones.
BTW they charged me 40% more for CT scan compared to other multispecialty hospital's.
Doctors will try hard to get you admitted.
If you are planning a treatment go for some better Hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every hospital assures great facility and great doctors but what make Brookfield hospital different is there humbleness.During covid time when your near and dear ones can't be with you, staff there felt like my family. I went there for my husband kidney stone pain almost at midnight but the way everyone handled the situation there was commendable.
When my husband was in OT and i was panicking one lady(staff) gave me coffee and assured me that everything gonna be okay STARBUCKS COFFEE FAILED WITH THAT COFFEE.
I don't know her name but thanku so much.
Everyone there helped us a lot Puspa mam super nice lady.
My husband is recovering but my decision to go to Brookfield hospital at night was the best decision I could ever made.

This one is going to be long...
In one word this hospital is UNETHICAL.
For my <72 hours of stay they charged me 2 days of ICU + 2 days of semi-private ward. A consumer grievance case has been opened against them now. I am gonna bring them down for their unethical practices.
Made a first bill with 12500 Rs extra for the scans they never did.
Did tons of tests on our patient each test at 3-4x of what one can get outside, they think they are of the likes of apollo/fortis with the trashy infra they have.
Follow this thread, this will be long...
I will keep it updated as the things go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited hospital recently, i found this hospital is only to make money instead of treatment. Each day they will perform one one test so that patient will be get admitted for long. The duty nurses and staff are very good but the management and doctors are not well qualified I felt based on current experience with them. I will never suggest any one to visit this hospital better visit other hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to my last visit in 2018 February, there's a lot of changes. Hospital looked way too clean and luminant now. Well maintained. Staff is also helpful. I went here this time for 2nd dose of vaccination.

Vaccination drive was well organized. Process went like , registration, verification, bp check, vaccination dose , wait time 20 minutes, again bp check, collect the certificate and leave. They give a free follow up in 7 days. Nurse Shwetha gave the vaccination without any pain.
I was moved to see the security in groud floor sitting outside the building to make entries if visitors , help an old man get down steps.

I am happy I changed to vaccination hospital from rainbows to Brookfield. Rainbows , ORR, was a mess.
