★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. 1st they hand over wrong product and then expect the client to go hunting for an exchange to other branches at the cost of their work time. They are not even ready to exchange by home delivery when it's clearly their mistake. I was committed that store manager will call me for resolving the matter but I think they are too busy to satisfy their clients.

It cost me 5000 ₹ and just on the day i'm wearing it, my entire body, my inners were all became of the same colour as of kurti (it was leaching colour). I have lost all my trust and hope from W. I'm gonna raise refund.
