★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service ever I complaints so many times regarding rebate of my one month bill but after 1 month gone still they are not resolved yet and after I visited there 3rd floor office I talked to DGM kulkarni sir also but still nothing happened and earlier in July month my phone is dead and after so many complaints they finally starts the connection in October end that's absolutely Frustrating service ever ????
MTNL is not giving good service as they do before ??

Currently due to internal policy, there is skeletal staff.
The Customer Care Service counter has staff who are patient, hear your problem and suggest the best solution.
The work to be done was completed in a short time .
I expressed my satisfaction to the Departmental Head.
After all please observe basic etiquette of thanking the staff.
A good experience on the whole.
Tips- Always carry an identity proof with a copy .
Follow the instructions given to avoid delays.
