★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im wondering why would anyone be interested in reading reviews for MTNL. Not much to expect out of an MTNL office. Certain section still patronize them so I respect them for keeping the inefficient staff employed.
Things get done at such a slow pace that I recommend you carry a sleeping bag with you to relax in their waiting rooms. For an amount of 1221 /- ... They made me get Rs 21 instead of returning the change for Rs 100 during a billpayment issue. Why couldn't they just accept cards.
Disconnecting a connection I was given a bundle of documents to sign and whole lot of papers as ID proofs. Needless to say a very senior office was just signing such documents and dumping the returned phone + modem in the same room.

The entire building was shut, just one man speaking on the phone waiting for someone to come so that he could attend to. MTNL please come to live again with some newer strategy. You have served us for so so many years, rather you have ruled the markets for years
