First I visit 4 floors climbing...
When I enter I saw lunch time and no one inside the office.. had to wait 30 mins before they come... Next i visit one officer he said wait for 5 mins and he is vanished... Not to be seen for next 15... I visit some other person...he checks on system says go to Jadhav sir aotr... He gives false commitments... says 1 hour and the landline will be up .. apparantly who every visited , they were fed-up of mismanagement in billing and wanted to SURRENDER their connection. This is the future of a reputed government PSU unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had surrendered two landlines telephones with required information for refund of Deposits on 20.12.2020.We had been told that our Bank account would be credited within a six months time.As on today almost one year & one month is over but no proper reply is given by them for getting our refund amount. We are Senior citizens and can not visit MTNL office frequently as they do not bother to reply our complaints on phone call/Email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office of the General Manage as per alloted Zones. Generally less crowded. You can get resolution of your complaint here but needs lots of efforts to get it done. Go with the Xerox copies readily as no nearby Xerox shop is available. Escalator is available. But accessibility is not that good. Located near Poisar Depot. Kandivali Telephone Exchange is the attached bus stop to this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noexistence , it doesnot even exist as telephone exchange. It's a dilapilated old Building on a plot that's history of how a giant telecom company which had enslaved the entire nation to its very high cost usage , could never match the standards of the modern society , in giving what the fast paced youth require as nation. The attitude of delivering and giving to society the right means of communication easiness is and was missed and that's why the building remains empty.
