may be the road leading into the property must hold up a giant board specifying the registrars office !
more over the office is not very accessable for handicapped persons ,
NO lifts , no ramps ,
spit of pan and what not all over the place ...
its awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is property registration office in the same building first floor. There are 4 different department for the registration of property between Dahisar and Jogeshwari.
Generally the timings are 8.00 am to 2.00 pm for 2 department and 2.00pm to 8.00 pm for another 2 department but due to lockdown the timing for all 4 department are 10.00am to 6.00 pm. And you will get enough space for parking down there. Location is almost on highway so easy to reach.

entire registration completed within 30 minutes and handover scanned and registered very next day.
