★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extortion. The service is pathetic. My mtnl number internet was not working. I complained twice. The mtnl bhaiya came and checked twice and blamed the building wires. We got it check by a talented technician, all was fine and nothing wrong. ... Then when nothing was done by mtnl bhaiyya... we cut off mtnl service.
Then the mtnl bhaiyya came to us after a week and said you could give the technician 200 rupees, i could do the same in 100 rupees. Its clear that he was trying to extort money from us for fixing the internet. It was the intention of mtnl bhaiyya to deliberately put slack in services so that he can get some bribe for doing. This happens a lot with mtnl bhaiyya. I post it anonymously.

For surrendering or closing of telephone , Wifi , traiband services better visit borivali west brach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few staff are working in that premises but those few are very helpful even after govtment has hold their salary for couple of months. As i had discussion with the staff regarding why only 3 employee working in that office. They informed me that government of india has stop their salary and have stop hiring of new staff to any MTNL service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to surrender my Landline, as no one was ready to attend the complain, And change sim, which was also not working. But out of this two jobs to be done there, none of activity is done there. Was directed to Borivali west by the security guard.
