Pathetic service and very poor customer service...My internet started on 17 November after 3 months only after putting it up on Ingram Grievance. Before that nor the Malad exchange would answer calls nor the area in charge J.J. Patel whose number is put up officially on the complaint site. When the technician was home itself he saw the Roater had trip problem and hence told me to inform when i get a check call which i did but the Person on Call Mr. Chandrakant Gupta was so arrogant with his words and thought i would keep quiet which I didn't and Why should i even? He says that the Internet and Wifi light never stays stable.. whereas so many years ive always seen it stable atleast the Wifi light. He then shuts my Internet from his side and tells me check now..doesn't this mean they must be doing it always to harass people. The bill comes proper on time with all charges even though not used. Its the past 2-3 years that MTNL is giving so much of problem.

Old government building with flashback memories of customer handling of older days, like idhar jao udhar jao, bring all these papers blah blah inshort hopeless. Future looks dim for MTNL, may be it should have been closed with handing over operations to some private companies with better governance.. Anyways we all know for fact how all has became a web of debt ridden public enterprizes.. Lesser said better understood

Earlier this was a buzzing place. Now who wants MTNL ? Anyways, I was there for Registrar office, which is chaotic, their servers sometimes they do work, crowded and no management. The state makes so much money from registrar office but doesn't spend a dime for air conditioning for those who come to register, no water dispensers, toilet unclean and not useable, Pathetic.

Government enterprises, MTNL a sinking ship. Lifts were off had to climb 4 floor with work not done. Being harassed by the staff. Actually no staff was present. They value their own time. Lunchtime mean liberty to shutdown the operations and make their patrons wait for an hour. They should take lunch in staggered shifts. As it is there are less man power....
