I went to have a brownie sundae yesterday as I like brownie with vanilla ice cream very much but my last 2 visits here has turned out to be very disappointing as the brownie served here is either not fresh or has some foul aroma to it which makes the whole dish unpleasant to have. I had experienced same foul aromatic brownie when I had visited a month ago and bit hesitant when I was ordering it yesterday but I was very keen with telling the counter guy that I had an unpleasant experience last time with the brownie sundae and asked him take the order only if the brownie is fresh. He told that they have got the brownie just yesterday so I placed the order and got it in 10 min and when I started having it I could taste some foul aroma in the first few bites. I was wondering that maybe it is just me who is finding it foul but turns out that my friend who was having it also found out there was something unpleasant with the brownie. Both of us were very disappointed with it. So I’m writing this feedback to let know that I’m never going back to wafflestories and definitely would not suggest to try the brownie sundae!! And I would highly appreciate a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the staff was good, this is because they don't give just a waffle. Yes, a waffle place that doesn't serve the classic waffle. This was for my kid and I told them, but still policy.
This star is for the staff who were good, but bounded.
I would have given a minus rating if it was possible. Cause the waffle I bought with maple syrup got soggy in a minute and we ended up throwing it.
They have a make your own waffle but you need to add something. They can't give it plain.
I don't usually rate the places for their menu but this is unusual. It is like McDonald without McChiken (classic chicken burger) or Baskin Robbins without Vanilla ice cream.
In the end the waffle story is a disappointed kid and a soggy waffle in the bin.
UPDATE: Changing my rating for the reason that the post was acknowledged and responded. Organizations listening to customers go a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waffle Stories is founded by us sister-in-laws, Divya and Pranitha in July 2014. They love eating waffles and at that time there were no dedicated waffle places in Bangalore. So, during a trip in December 2013 they formed their business plans. They finished testing the market by March 2014. They received a tremendous response and quickly learnt that people in Bengaluru were yearning for new, quirky dessert options. So, they put their plans into action and within 3 months the brand Waffle Stories was born and with it Bangalore got its first exclusive waffles store in Orion Mall.

The staff was not bothered to even talk , hence had to return the waffle and walk away , even then they are least least interesting to acknowledge it even talk to me .
