Staff here takes good care of my pet, they also provide grooming service.
I would definitely recommend this centre if you want to board your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional buggers. Went here for bathing my St.Bernard. It ended up in my dog bleeding from the mouth. They can't even cut dog nails. After the dog bled they give you free advice and suggest sedation. Pathetic. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review here at first it was a five start review for those who groomed my fluff- responsible people who were very kind and loving towards my boy and allowed him time during the session to feel comfortable and start to trust them also for the person in charge at the hsr layout branch who was kind enough to get me an appointment from the Indiranagar branch as she couldn't provide one at her own, the same day which was comparatively closer. Decided to travel that far anyway, as the lady seemed promising and professional, the charges were fair as well, however ended up regretting the decision. The person in charge here Mr harsh is very awful with his tone of interaction right from the start the charges get multiplied after you reach the place, at first I was asked for 1200 then 300 was added as my fluff had matted hair I agreed without a second thought as I had travelled quite far and I was mainly concerned of my boy being groomed well, later more charges were added stating it took time, which is utter nonsense to state !!
The person then had the audacity to state "please don't come again if it's going to take them long and if it does you must pay more" and I refused to pay, payed him 1500 as I had committed and left!
Great ways of building customer relations and trust in your brand keep going. For those reading would definitely recommend the hbr branch and definitely not the Indiranagar one . The place otherwise is very unhygienic for your fluffs only the entry way is considerably presentable the place inside is filled with dog/cat hair on the floor dirty stained floor with spider webs on the windows and walls which aren't cleaned for ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doggy was too happy at wagging tail! Had a great wash! Normally doesn't stay alone anywhere without me. But was quite comfortable when I left him there. Superb Dr too! She has actually brought out my pup from deathbed twice!
