No lighting though and dogs are your best friends.
It is risky and not recommended for casual Walker. Bumpy road is made of dirt and mud. The barricade around lake is broken at places and is not maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a evening or morning walks. One corner has issue of foul smelling due to attached public toilets and a small section has incomplete construction work.
Avoid walking in the late evening hours as there are no street lamps and I saw one small ? also one day.
