They keep a lot of collection of watches with the exclusive and limited edition watches too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service, casio watch repaired and took 350 for battery replaced and service. After 15days watch stop working and they are again charging Rs100 for repair. Even watch repair technician behaviour is so bad, he has no idea how is is talking to his customers. Please don't go this this 3rd class shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier of watch world MR.Cheda does not have any basic human ethics of talking, once he is payed the starts yelling at customer if they complain.
The sale's guys there tells you one thing and does other and does not even hesitate to lie.
They do not want to accept their mistakes infact they turn it on you.
As a shop, people working there should atleast respect the customers by for them only money matters.

Even the after sale service is very bad.
They garentee to provide their best and talk sweet but once they get money they give you hopeless services and talk rudly to the customer
They have a poster on dore that says watch service center bt it should say watch destroying center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to them for repair works. They replaced battery for my son's watch on 27th Dec for Rs 150, and said it included 6month guarantee. Within two weeks watch went off again. When I went today for replacement today, they said it's a Chinese battery that's in the watch which they don't stock and asked me to pay additional Rs 250 for the job. After a lot of argument he finally agreed to replace it. Bunch of crooks. Even now I don't know which battery they put n whether it's a brand new piece or a used one..

I had recently visited this shop to repair my watch. By the time someone met me I was gazing at the watches which seemed to be way too expensive than usual cost. They sell above MRP. Moreover when I received my watch back it was done badly and dial was scrapped from inside. On pointing this out to them the manger mentioned that it must have scraped by the watch hand (due to the movement of long hands)
it seems these guys are lame and have no knowledge about the watches. Please refrain to visit this shop even if you are in need and this is the only shop open!
