★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best society with only 7 buildings and large tracts of open space. Lot of well maintained greenery. Mountains visible in all directions with Mula flowing next to the society. Very good connectivity to Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Wakad and Pimple Saudagar.
Well educated and well to do families. Most of the people staying here have great liking for the place.
The developer is a gentleman and has developed the society very very well.
All in all, the best residential property I have seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best society in Pune to live in, housing over 75 in total flats. By considering the prime location of the society as major IT parks are near to this. (Furthermore, you can even see Persistent from the gallery or window of the Society) As society is under Mhalunge village council, the taxes are extremely low compared to that under Pune Municipal Corporation. The society has its borewell in addition to Mhalunge Grampanchayat water supply. Major marketplaces are at walking distance. The place is well connected with rest of the Pune through PMT buses. The society offers 1 & 2 BHK flats only with 450 sq.ft. And 682 sq.ft. respectively. The 1BHK will cost around 34 lakhs while that of 2BHK will approximately cost 47 lakhs with parking included. The flats in the society are exactly as the Vastushatra especially the 102, 302 and 502 with North-East entrance, South-West master bedroom, Northwest Gallery and Kitchen. The building has 2 lifts. 2 Staircases, parking. The building has 5 floors. The tenants living here are mostly families working in IT background. All the tenants here are friendly making the Society's atmosphere more congenial. Society is cosmopolitan except that Bachelors are strictly not allowed in the Society. At last Why the name Water Edge? Well because there is a stream behind the society which would be running in rainy season only.
