★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here since August, 2018 till June, 2021 more or less it's been a long period and what I got to share that people here are good and communicative and helpful. It's peaceful only if you stay at the top floor. Some of the most disgusting thing over here are such as there are no parking space available here, all the bikes stay open air and the cars beside the road which is seriously an issue. Once if the rain hits for 10 minute long, then the ground floor gets flooded with water. Despite of the negetive things there is also a positive notes to discuss such as since the past 3 years of living here I have experienced load shedding just only 2 days and that's about 3 hours once and another for 5mins. Huge space on rooftop.
