One thing I have understood by her counselling is that sometimes a little change in how we perceive situations on a regular basis makes all the difference! Her clarity and detachment from the sufferer is remarkable and when you'll see your own situation from her neutral perspective, it will make all the sense in the world! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help and is afraid to seek it.. Don't be.. Just trust that all you need is guidance. You're your own aide!
