★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid , sales guys are over committing but their production is a big mess . Am not sure they have delivered a single order as agreed . Installation is always a challenge with them. Never going to suggest weather seal to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service today by Channaveera and his team today. The team came to fix one problem BUT serviced all the windows and resolved all minor issues that were bothering us. Riya -co-ordinated well this time. And I think weatherseal is coming back to the service they are known for. Keep the good work guys and maintain communication with the customer..it is key for customer satisfaction.Be transparent in the communication and win customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered double glazed windows and normal windows for my house. The quality and price is good.I was very happy with the sound proofing which served my purpose
However there is lack of coordination between sales, measurement and production team. You have to lot of follow ups.
Update on review.
All the pending issues were fixed, special thanks to channavera sir and the installation team from Mukesh's team.They closed all the issues with door and windows,now they are working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to go and choose upvc windows for home in Bangalore is their showrooms.
The variety is huge and products are best in class.
French doors and balcony doors installed at my new home are done perfectly,though I expected them couple of days earlier,but the installation was quick and crisp.
Nothing to complain.
Received timely support and good service , so delay can be forgiven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic quality of service and work , after having chased them for 1 week for installation after 20 of ordering and paying 50 % . The Installers come and discover the window delivered are of wrong size and new hardware is needed to install and will required measurement again and new hardware delivered before the work can be re-started .. local vendors have better skills to take size and prepare material ... very poor work
They want full payment before sending material, as no one will pay them after seeing poor factory work and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent customer service once you make the payment, my work was supposed to be completed by Dec 22nd, today is 10th Jan and the frames are lying outside my door. There is no ownership and company doesn't bother to even check back on grievances. Would not recommend these guys at all. Instead would recommend Fenesta. I have used their services before and they are much more professional and prompt. Stay away from these guys.

They are a set of good people with very good intention to serve their clients and every time try their best to offer best service to clients. I would like to call out Sumanth who helped me tremendously in planning my windows change from wood to uPVC for my existing house, as we know its not easy changing windows and french doors while you are staying in the house. Sumanth understood the requirement thoroughly well and helped me plan it to precision. He managed production planning to get my windows delivered before promised time schedule. Overall excellent understanding of my requirement, planning well and delivered before time and all this wouldnt have been possible without Sumanths efforts, Thank you Sumanth!
I would like to call out good installation team led by Channaveera, he was always available and tried his best to accommodate installation schedule based on my need and planned it well so that installation is complete at one shot. Thank you Channaveera for helping with the installation.

I was interested in the sound-proof sliding bifold door. I checked with them and told my use case. Had multiple doubts, which they cleared and asked me to pay 50%, so that technician could visit. So good, so far.
Once the payment was done, started the mess. My mails are ignored, my calls are cut.
In the delayed technician visit, I was told that 2 locks are not possible, it is 2-way lock. I had already cleared up my use case, where Weatherseal had recommended the locks. So i asked if 2nd lock isn't possible atleast some bolt mechanism could be provided. Had asked multiple questions to them since last 10 days, yet to receive an answer back.
Last reply i received was on 22 Nov, and today is 5 December. It is very frustrating.
Update: I got the door delivered and installation is scheduled. Due to the Covid situation, it got delayed. I got to know that the person I was communicating with had a family issue and was on leave. Other team members are coordinating well at this moment. Revised rating from 1 star to 3 star. Will update once after full installation is done.
