★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever think to join this company even someone of your known persons suggests you or refers you to this company. They will promise you lots of opportunities, fixed salary timings, good office environment etc.
But after join you will face some of these situations e.g. less projects, less opportunities to learn new technologies. late salary timings( up to 7-10 days delay without any prior notice) and office environment is not comfortable at all.
And the most important thing, notice period written in the joining letter is 30 days.
But you will try to resign you will face lots of problems like
1) They will force you to extend the notice period even you completed all of your projects.
2) You will not be paid any salary after resign. They will tell you that they have a rule that "No Salary will be paid after submit the resignation until the last day of your work." (This will not be mentioned in joining letter).
3) Actually you will not be paid all of your wages even on the last day of work. You have to keep asking them for your salary again and again.
Note:- After 4 months of my release date they are neither paying my dues nor answering my calls and messages. So be aware.
