No project management. No work culture. They change company rule anytime and forces you to obey them. Otherwise they threaten you to terminate from job.

Rude managers. Have no sense of how to behave with employees. No proper project management. If you want to get harassed, then only join this company. they consider themselves as kings and employees as slaves.

Pathetic company to work.i had Very bad experience after working with this company. By far the worst company.If you or any of your relative is planning to join this company in future plz request to be rather unemployed dont waste your energy and time joining this company.They dont provide extra payment for extra work.

I feel extremely proud to be at Webian and very happy to be here. Excellent company to work with. The management is so very transparent. Freshers are always welcomed. Seniors will be around you if you need anything or any help.

I attended interview here and only for last director's round I was waiting for 2 weeks and director was so busy. When I attended interview that day director was there but was extremely busy that he could not have 5 10 mins. In second week hr said will let you know. When they don't plan to hire then why fake commitments and why to schedule interview. They wasted my time and money. Guys don't go for interviews only and don't think of joining.

Very bad experience as my first job.Company's director and manager are so rude and having so much of attitude: 1. I'm sharing this personal incident because it was out of my imagination. They don't having manners how to talk with employees. When my uncle expired, i didn't go there because the person who works with me on the same project was on holiday. so i requested for a holiday on 12th day ritual of my uncle.but the director got angry on me and said how can you people go to celebrate 12th or 13th ritual days. You don't have any responsibilities of your work and said me i am rejecting your holiday. He told HR to issue a warning letter to me. They should talk politely with me in this situation but they don't have any kind of humanity. 2. If you try to ask for justice about employee rights. The director told me arrogantly who are you to tell me about rules. I am the owner of the company and will make new rule every day. if you don't wanna follow then you can leave now. so, guys, you have no future if they kick you any random day. please think before joining. 3. They have very bad project management. when I joined this company, I was not aware of technology they used in a project which was handovered to me. They forced me to understand that technology in one single day. Neither any experienced person was there to explain workflow nor any documentation was there. I asked the manager to explain this project so i can elaborate things. but he explained all 1 year long running project in 15 minutes. Whenever I got the technical problem, they started taunting us that java people cant do anything and java is dying language you don't have any future. but in actual no managers have any java background, so for an alternative, they choose to taunt. 4. They first start calculating timeframes for a project. then they do no activities for some days, so we need to keep on asking them to take initiative. then one sudden day they start asking you what's the status of the project? why isn't it completed? does it really make sense? 5. One of manager used abusing word in meeting with me. On that day manager asked me to create some API with reference to the already made project. I made a new fresh project and completed my task within stipulated time but when I showed him he reversed his words. At that time he used some abusing word which starts with 'C' in tapori Hindi language. i can't write here because I have that much of manners. 6. Now coming to Mr. Neeraj Kumar, new HR of this company. just tell me don't you have your personal opinion. how can one listen to others and trust blindly like a fool. in just 15 days he started writing sweet things about the company and answer the ex-employees without knowing the actual reason behind their reviews. just director and manager said him to write a review against them and write good things about the company. so he's doing that like a slave. This guy might be a slave but we are not. just a foolish person I have ever seen. If the manager says something about any new rule against an employee, instead of solving it, this guy says 'Ok sir, ok sir, ok sir' and let the employees go to hell. 7. They are fooling their clients in different aspects. No project management. No work culture. Always finds some workaround to complete the project due to lack of experienced employees. Please don't waste your hard-earned money.

Doesn't Recommend i wish there is a 0 star option 1)Nothing to say over here... No one is happy in this organization. Only thing which I liked was holiday on Sunday.. Peace of Mind 2)Negative People, No Process defined, Salary is joke which happens every three month, Management cant even speak in business language, Poor Management skills 3) Advice to Management Get some management experience instead of amateurs your currently using. Salary.. Make sue it happens on time or else don't hire unless u cant afford

Really very good company. Helpful management team and HR . Leant a lot here . So happy to be a part of it.
