and they gave me all the details about how we can lose weight with it. the only thing i need to change was just the food nothing else,
they changed my diet whole schedule, From Morning to Night,what i have to eat and what to do. i did all the things what they said for 1 week.
and believe me, after the week,one of biggest change in my health was Energy, felt less tiredness compared to earlier days, about weight loss, i did loss 1KG, in 2nd week,they changed my diet schedule again.and i started walking and running, it has been 1 month,i had lost almost 3KG weight, the best thing was they provided something which changed lifestyle and healthstyle.this is 2nd month,i am sure,i am going to lose almost 5-6KG now, i have refer my friends to dipal, and they have started to take it with me.

I lost almost 4 kg in one month, then I kept gap of 2 weeks as I went out of Baroda sudden got 2 kg gain.i called them and asked for reason, but they just told me that I left diet,so gain weight. But I controlled diet on those 12 days. So I left that center n with one reference,I got number of Mrs dipal who was also Herbalife associate.so I thought not to try for it.but I met her and told her everything about past experience. But as per her request,I thought to follow her as she gave me guarantee. Believe me , the kind of tips, guidance,diet plan, exercise, she told me , I Never got so much detail information from my old Herbalife associate, in 2 months,I lost 8 kg, then I left Herbalife nutrition,I started another home based diet plan which she gave me to keep my stable .which was of course free. right now 3 months passed, my weight is still 70kg, didn't increase 1 kg. Recommended to everyone, she is the best among of all Herbalife associate she is brilliant in nutrition knowledge..
