★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, food is ok but variety is very less i stayed there for 2 days but these guys were pathetic in service, 2/10
I have been staying at taj land ends mumbai
And JW marriott I expected the same level of service by these guys , but the way these guys talk their tone was horrible
On the last day of my stay after the breakfast i asked them for a donut
Which was a takeaway they told me
It would be on charge able bases /or if u didn’t have any breakfast then only we would provide you
The restaurant service was way to bad even the managers who were handeling the seating arrangement were also not showing intrest.
On a 5 star hotel base , i would give ITC Aurangabad a 3 start rating

Overall infrastructure is quite old but we'll maintained.
Since it way my fast ai could not enjoy food but I have been staying here since long. Overall food and service is nice.
Thanks to restaurant staff who helped me and packed my fasting food when I was moving out in early morning.
Staff is cooperative and they will make you feel better and valued.
Go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good luxury hotel in Aurangabad. Very clean rooms and toilet too. Very humble staff. The food in the restaurant was delecious. Lot of parking place available. In house club house and games also very good to spend some time with your family. Big garden area. Surely recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Hotel. Buffet breakfast is very good. Ambience is very good. It's quote big one with pool, jogging track, tennis court. Only missing part is Kids out door play area with some swings etc... Staff are very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes very comfortable, our rooms were upgraded and the courteous Hotel staff sent delicious cake to celebrate our 42nd marriage anniversary. Also for senior citizens the Hotel gave 25% discount on food.
The food was excellent and the dinner & breakfast spread was too good. Very very cautious staff . Thanks to the management for very comfortable stay
