★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for ankle X-Ray and MRI (3 tesla). Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, courteousness and precise communication by the team there. Definitely I will recommend this to everyone. Hope that they will retain these virtues with passage of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service in colonoscopy ,they don't use anesthesia during test , sometimes patients cannot tolerate pain and that's why the test doesn't happen properly , then the test report sometimes not get properly , totally waste of money , this happen with my family ....we had again test from Calcutta Heart Center .... There's doctor said anesthesia is must during colonoscopy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welkin Medicare (Beside SSKM Hospital) The service was very bad. They do not take call for booking I just tried since 15 Min. I did not able to book an appointment ,after that They switched off the Mobile. even They did not take physical appointment also. I tried to Book since 1.5 Month they did not response. Even They told me , Dr. Alok Pandit give instruction not to take appointment of any Physical Visit. When I tried to Call Doctor himself even he does not reply at all ,even he gave us a rude behave. I recommend Please not go there for doctor Appointment very pathetic Service of them. They Do not Understand the Pain of Patients.. actually the stuff does not know how t behave with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper Information not shared over call, had to sit 2 hrs for covid test, also had to pay extra money for report to be delivered same day, that too when I have came for test 1& 1/2 hr before time and once we have made payment they start crying over the issue of shortage of manpower ..totally bad service...

The management is not proficient and don't give the required and right information to the patients. Nor do they have any concern for the patients or their members. It results in a lot of time waste and money for the blood test and other necessities
