★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with Dr prescription for buying medicine, dr prescribed 6 tablet course, whereas pharmasist at shop was not ready to give 6 tablet and insisting on buying complete 10 tab stripe.... Feeled cheated and so im giving this review.... This store have variety of medicine but adamant customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service and Rude Staff- Me and Husband met with minor accident so we visited on 17-May-20 @9.29 PM, in wellness forever at Kamothe outlet and we asked for Band-aid but without checking they directly rudely told us we don't have any stock for band-aid.. So for their behaviour we told them we will take action against you, they told us do whatever you want.. Staff name Mr.Bapat and other 2 Staff... 3 Staff were not able to handle whole outlet.. Because one is doing Cashing, one is standing opposite Main entrance and one is searching for medicine... They are very slow at their work.. Please take strict action against all of three staff because their rude behaviour...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get grocery or medicines here, but not the ones you want, but staff and shopkeepers are slow at work.
Good points: You will get almost everything you need for household use.
Bad points: Pharmacists and persons at the counter are slow at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at Panvel near durgamata mandir,store.they can't read difference between tab. rejoint and rejoint new.well it was also written very badly on strip.most most of employees are fighting with their boss and no one attends u unless u call them.most of time they don't give bill or don't even bother to show u screen for total amount.Sanitizer,hand wash kept in store are of local brand, very low quality and with doubtful contents. Once they had overcharged me with wrong MRP ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hours medical store. Great help in the location who require emergency medicine etc. Almost all the medicines are available, otherwise they will get it for you. Good thing is they have all the medical accessories also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even in the emergency situation of covid-19. They are not giving medicines. Asking everyone to come at 9 am. Instead of understanding the medical situation the staff members were busy using the mobile phones and least bothered about the customers.
