★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst builder. No commitment and promised non fulfilled. Black mailing us to with draw our RERA complaints for not completed the project on time. They Vacate their office from our project site without finishing the amenities.
Still no response from builder for last one month. Nobody responding from builder side. No security and cleaning staff to maintain the society for last 1 month. We all members contribute our self to maintain the society. Builder not provide possesion letter and not handed over housing society. Due to this we were unable to shift our house. Last 1 year they were do nothing in the site to complete the amenities. We don't know how to approach builder, such irresponsible builder.

The green environment around makes the ambience so peaceful and serene. It is value for money. Building is spacious with big rooms. If it fits into your budget, go for it.
