★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer at this store, until today. I like the brand and like to swing by the store whenever i can to pick up a few things. While the brand, lives up to its name, the same cannot be said about the staff at this particular store. They are rude and will not think twice before insulting customers with their crude remarks and disrespect. Having said that, i would hold the store manager more responsible for this than the staff, as it is under his leadership that such behavior is being condoned, where staff feels comfortable harassing customers without any fear of repercussions.
Mr. VISHAL SINGH, THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER at the Airia mall store was the person incharge when the incident took place. Upon hearing about the incident all he had to say was he will look into it. I had the misfortune of having to witness such unprofessional behavior twice in a span of 6 months from their staff yet the MR. SINGH,refused to do anything to make up for it and had no problems when i left my short listed items at the checkout desk and told him that i will never shop here again. So, apparently they dont care if you shop or not, they are going to continue ill- treating the customers and dragging the TATA name though dirt.
