★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection is good but hopeless staffs. They don't let you choose your own stuffs instead forcing people to shop according ro them. Think before entering this place. Lady staffs are very irritating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had horrible experience while shopping at Westside,Sevoke Plaza. Billing staff tried to adjust my bill with other customer's Bill. When I pointed out his wrong doings , the store manager to my horror ignored it as it this was daily affairs. When other customer saw this and objected, then store manager tried to convince both of us that he was about to inform us which was totally false. Had we not pointed, my bill would have been adjusted in other customer's Bill.
I think this is against basic ethos of any business standard and unethical.
I don't know how my review matters but I think it is my duty to highlight such poor standards in premium shopping experience bringing bad name to Westside and Siliguri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products with great value for money. However, the staff at the cash counter were very pushy and dodgy. I made a purchase of around 19k and they insisted I got a membership card, which I didn't want as I am not from around here. They still charged me Rs 299 for the card and said that they had provided me with a coupon of Rs 400 from which they had deducted the deposit for the card. It made no sense to me! Overall it was a dodgy shopping experience for me.. Also, watch out for the security guard who SELLS face masks at the door. Never had to face that anywhere. I am from Nepal and we normally get masks for free at the door incase we have misplaced ours at all premium places.
