Visited Wilasa last week and was shocked to see that there is some litigation and court cases on some properties there. There is a notice from Pride Developers that none of the Unsold properties can be bought, and there is another notice from the HUF Family that there is a Partition case pending. My friends then told me that there are a lot of problems with the Maintenance Fees and the BBMP taxes, and many other issues. I got scared and decided to buy in Prestige Falcon City, please avoid this project.

Beautiful place ..close proximity to Metro Station..well maintained property....value for money... Must check if someone is looking to buy a villa.

Amenities metro rail 200mtrs walk and high quality structure with awesome pool and gym and huge open air clean campus to take a stroll after dinner. Good security, worth value for money along with latest architecture.

Dear General Public, a client who has approached me recently as he is badly stuck for the past two years as he is not able to register his property after paying all the adequate Sales Consideration required me to investigate the matter. As an Advocate practicing documentation, title investigation in the real-estate field and handling litigation in criminal and civil matters for the past 35 years and as a RTI Activist based on my findings my advice to you all about WILASA GRAND VILLAMENTS is: 1.The property is developed by the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan which is a Hindu Undivided Family, therefore all the members of the family have to sign the sale deeds. I am given to understand that there is a partition case pending between the elder son and the family which means that no properties can be sold till the partition case is disposed. 2.The project managers M/s Pride and Expert Properties Pvt Ltd have initiated the arbitration procedure recently against the promoters and therefore all properties held by the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family cannot be sold. 3.The facilitators of the project M/s Tanvi Asset Holdings LLP has initiated the arbitration procedure against the promoters recently and therefore all properties held by the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family cannot be sold. 4.I am given to understand that the investors of the project M/s Archstone Properties LLP have initiated criminal action against the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family under various IPC sections of cheating. 5.I am given to understand that the Residents Association has not been able to collect their maintenance dues from the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family for all their units therefore the property is suffering due to lack of adequate quality maintenance. 6.I am given to understand that there are 7 buyers like my client who have valid agreements to sell and have completed their payments dues, but the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family has not come forward to complete the transaction process of registering their units for the past 2 years. Though the project is done very well and the planning is very nice and the quality is A grade, my advice to everyone is not to buy any property from the promoter family of M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family or deal with them in any way as there is a Lis Pending and this will give DEFECTIVE TITLES to the property. Very soon we will be exposing all the misdeeds and cheating and frauds committed by the promoters M/s G.R.Natarajan Hindu Undivided Family as we are given to understand that they have many previous records of cheating in many other cases as we are seeking justice for my clients and many others. Locate neare konanakontea cross metro station

Great location, great houses. The maintenance is almost stopped due to family issues. If they figure out the internal issues, it would be a great buy!

It's a very good concept and beautiful condominium just the property is not well maintained, location is perfect and pricing is un reasonable

I had vey bad experience with people at the gate , the security is rude does not know how to behave with prospective buyers. If you want to create good impression change the security.
