Handover dates are being drastically pushed by an year and still the Management is not committing the possession date to its owners.
Only ideal for those who are not keen on moving in for years to come !!

An irresponsible management. The MD is so cold, he doesn't answer any of your questions, despite following up in emails and in person. We have been waiting from a long time for the possession of property. But he remains silent and doesn't respond to your queries. However, he has time to review his own property on Google.
He is not even ready to give the possession dates in writing nor answering the queries of his Valuable customers.
I wouldn't recommend this builder even to worst of my enemies.
PS: 1 star for the floor plan which they never plan to handover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality and plan is very good. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. However, there is a small grave yard next to the compound which is in use. Ppl with no issues regarding this can invest in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its really a good way to do the parking. I was really amazed by the way they have done the parking with tiles and grade slab. I will recommend this builder in case you are looking for a property near by Kankapura Road and Bannerghatta Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to the project, really spacious and good locality. Located in BDA layout and BBMP approved. The specifications are really good. The apartment on 1st floor with extended balcony is real love, but they don't have availability for it.
