★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never attempt to buy or rent a flat in Vishwedra Apartment, it will be a biggest blunder to opt for a flat , High Maintenance but no service absolutely, High rents are expected from tenants but Tenants get rude responses from the association committee, only flat owners comments are heard and tenants are ignored and not respected, every few days new security when you try to reach out to them for any assistance or information, you get a standard reply " I don't know and i am new", such an irritating experience , they charge a maintenance of Rs. 3 per sqft per month, but no power backup during the day between 7 am till 11.00 pm even in the common area and for lifts, no matter you pay high you have to manage taking stairs which is not even sweeped every and maintained clean, such dirty staircases , When questioned, association suggests you to install UPS. plus house shifting not allowed during weekends, for any floor lifts cant be used for shifting household stuff, they mint money for every thing from you, even for the parking stickers they charge you Rs.100, for safety they will not entertain you to fix grills to the balcony.. they have framed all possible restriction and rules from the association to cleverly avoid you from benefiting from the amenities and services but they only concerned about hiking the maintenance every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe in overall rating of 4.1 ,that's farce and rigged. Security is so good that shoes and other footwear were robbed and security has no idea until reported. Terrible maintenance and management with misplaced priorities. Maintenance charges are equal to high rises but the service/aminities provided are close to none. No 24hr power backup, don't believe even if owner promises it. Lifts are not available if power is out. Elders and sick people have to climb stairs. If you want to 'work from home' forget it. Security is pathetic, someone stole my car tire and security has not noticed it until I reported it. Even after reporting it there is no CCTV footage in parking area to catch the culprit. Security nor building management took responsibility.
They don't allow cabs or autos to come into premises,elders or sick people have to deboard outside and walk into premises. There is no kaveri water aswell.
There is no lesser rating than 1 hence I am bound to give it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and quiet place with greenery to stay with family. Construction material used is good but the design and construction quality is average. Builder lacks the experience in providing the proper amenities and parking required for a bigger apartment.
