★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. There was on one to speak in the front desk, waited for almost 20mins standing there. I had a very good review from a friend's so had visited but did not like the way they left me unattended for 20mins. If there was an option for me to put no stars and give a review i would have done. I had travelled for almost one and half hour from my place just to have look at the property. I would never even recommend any property from Provident going forward. I would say the security over there was more professional as he greeted and guided us. But no use when there is no front desk executive to greet us. I would suggest Provident to hire someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small unit and quite overpriced - you will get bigger square fit units from premium builders like prestige and sobha in nearby locations and ready to move in flats in less price.. plus this project is already delayed, i have made a huge mistake.. other buyers be-aware and take decisions after giving it a good thought.. Also sales team can go to max extend of lies n presurrize you pay booking amount like anything, ex - like this offer is going to end today n all but those kind of offer will be continuing for more than a month also after you have paid the booking amount. Also this is a unique builder who will not refund your money in any circumstances, all other builders return the booking amount fully or after some minimum cut but they will not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily, one of the finest projects of Puravankara/ Provident in Bangalore. The highlights are, as usual, the extremely fine quality of design, construction, and execution. However, the icing on the cake is about the location. Very quiet, peaceful, green and serene neighbourhood makes one feel to be out of Bangalore while being still within the heart of the city.
Shruti, the relationship manager, made an excellent presentation explaining all features, benefits and advantages both of the property as well as of the location in a professional manner.?

The biggest advantage of this location is the 80 ft approaching road, the one that covers all the neighbouring venues.

The walk-through given by Jyoti, the relationship manager, was very informative and was really articulate in explaining every aspect of the apartments and all the intricacies of the construction. She was also very knowledgeable, professional and made us feel very comfortable through every minute of the walk-through. She was also very patient with our questions, and always energetic. Great experience!
