Only transportation part is lil tough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrible experiences of buying property has been with Purvankara Highlands. I purchased 2 houses, ready to move in, and have been waiting for over 5 months now, to move in. The condition in which a new house is being handed over is absolutely horrible. Broken tiles, dirty floors, scratched and dirtied walls from the working team are just a few of the problems faced. And what's surprising is that we are expected to take possession in that very condition.
That is not the experience one should have when spending over 1.5Cr for buying a home.
