★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased this flat last year. Builder didn't give the amenities like gym, multipurpose hall and indoor games there are no cctv cameras either. Builder is a bigtime cheat. Please don't believe him if he says all will be provided in 3 months and all. He has been telling these lies to all since past 2 years. Kindly think twice or thrice before purchasing.

staying here is well worth as it is having peaceful environment ,
Construction Quality is good ,
friendly and supportive residents.
Of course there might be delay in amenities which the builder is promised to fix it shortly.
Connectivity is well good. Having nearest to BMTC stop , Metro station is there with in 100 mts connecting to major stations like Banashankari , majestic, bayappana halli , Yeshwanthpur ,
Connecting stations are Mysore road , electronic City , Bannerghatta road ,
And nice road is situated with in half km which connects to Tumkur road to electronic ,
Nearest to petrol pump and shopping complex , malls are upcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt one of the best constructed apartment on Kanakapura Road and best place to live in.
However some issues must be addressed immediately.Project not yet completed and amenities what builder has promised are not completed.
1.GYM
2.PARTY HALL
3.VISITORS LOBBY
4.SWIMMING POOL
5.VISITORS PARKING
6.CCTV CAMERA AND FEW OTHERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the promise by builder amenities are not constructed at all. It is just basic apartment with least amenities. Please blindly don't believe the people who make only promises . We have paid money for the amenities but still it's not constructed and the builder is not at all responding about the amenities. If you have any clarification please connect with any of the flat owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased this flat on Feb 2019, location is good and it is nearer to the upcoming metro station so the connectivity is good. But all the basic amenities what builder has promised are not completed. Gym, multipurpose hall, cauvery connection, Indoor games, visitor longue was supposed to be completed by December'19 as per the builder but still the work has not started yet. Even single CCTV also not installed. So before buying the flat please think twice about the amenities and please get in touch with any owners of the apartment currently staying if you have any clarifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amenities kids play area, swimming pool and garden built in KHARAB land. Government can takeover this anytime as many government officials already visited this apartment and they measured this kharab land many time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids area, garden, swimming pool, etc. are built on KHARAB land which is creating lot of issues. Builders are not cooperative at all. They want to dictate even on when to meet where to meet, how to meet...cannot record the meetings, cannot bring your lawyer to meetings, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt Apartment is in upcoming prime location also next to metro station, Important point to notice is that this property as KHARAB land (mentioned in Land records) in which some ammenties are built which will be in risk of demolition if govt. wants to it back, Also No mention of ammenties in sales deed, Think before buy.
