Luxury Apartment Located at Talagatapura on Kanakapura main road, the project site is a quiet place with small hills to the south east and lots of greenery around.
The new Nandi Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (NICE Corridor) which forms the expressway intersecting all major roads of west and south Bangalore (Tumkur road, Mysore Road, Kanakapura road, Bannerghatta and Hosur Road) and the upcoming peripheral road is located approximately 200m from the project. The Namma Metro Phase II passes right next to our project with a station planned adjacent to the project site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder if the current owners feel the same way after they have taken possession. Because these reviews are purely based on model flats which even i have visited. Easy financial plans is what they claim, but is it not very very expensive for the location? No doubt they r lavish homes, but they are totally out of the city as of now. hop skip to nice road...I would love to see some reviews from the current owners. On top of it i really wonder how much would be the per month maintenance for a simplex. Duplex is out of question!

It's different project and tall enough, that too it's in front of Kanakapura road nice road hence easy to travel anywhere. but I didn't go through price range still. If it's budget and affordable then go through it. And take every documentation before give them money. Stay safe.
