★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to stay with all essential amenities.
It has G+3 floors in all blocks. AV room is a wonderful place to spend your evening with your family watching movies.
The gym and tennis court is a well maintained place.
BigBasket instant is kept inside the clubhouse and serves to be very useful contains perishable items.
The security system is round the clock and is available throughout for any help.
Community in brief is a wonderful place to stay incase you're looking for a gated community with amenities for adults and kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat construction, a good place to live. Although the clubhouse is just okok. A very small pool and closely placed houses to the pool doesn't make it a good fit there. The badminton court is appreciable. Hopefully all people staying in this society get an opportunity to utilise the facilities as the club house looks quite small for the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences. This reminds me of government employees. They have taken most of the amount for the flat but haven't given the flat yet it has been almost a year. The place is beautiful but the Godrej Sales team has been very very unprofessional. We visited the place sometime ago but no one was bothered to inform us about anything, guards didn't let us see the flat. We kept calling the Sales agent, The sales agent doesn't have the decency to pick calls, forget calling back. When they wanted the payment they were behind us 24/7, now when they have got the money and its time to give us the flat they are treating us like strangers. Very unhappy with this behaviour from the sales team. This is the most unprofessional team I have come across in the whole of Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice one. Lovely concept. Old Bangalore style. No high rise apartments. It’s a silent place.
Only ground plus 3 floor concept.
It’s from reputed Godrej constructions.
However few constructions issues and delays are there. It’s getting corrected.
Let’s see.. May be in next 5 years will be great place to stay.

Update 13Aug21 Rating changed from 5 to 1
a. Possession date is changed in every month update. If you cannot meet the promised date then dont give commitments.
b. Till now not allowed to see own flat even after paying 90%. How do we know you are meeting quality?
c.Very standard answers received from RM, either covid or work area is barricaded so vists not allowed.
d. It seems more effort were put in till 90% payment but after 90% workpace is slow.
Will never invest in any Godrej property again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge residential apartments complex gated community. All flats are 4 storied only. Well planned with plenty of amenities like swimming pool, gym, indoor games, club house, TT and billiards room. Banquet hall with seating capacity of 150 persons for small parties and other religious functions. The flats are being constructed phase wise and few more phases are yet to be developed. Few kms interior from kamalapura main road and metro station. Narrow road from kanakapura main road. There's Village resorts which is there from a long period and is a major landmark. Mahindra is coming up with more plots and flats and there are plenty of other housing units coming up. Security is tight. Car parking for outsiders allowed. Basement car parking for residents. Good resale value. Well constructed flats all uniformly built. Well maintained.
