★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place , but with so many families the quantity or space for sports or recreation is very very less.
With half filled flats only it gets crowded, imagine what happens when it's completely filled.
The work timings for contractors , carpenters n painters is pathetic...
First they have to wait for 30-60 mins to get inside ( after complete security checks, tats good ) but how can u expect them to start work by 9.30 or 10 & stop work for 2 hours ( 2 to 4 pm ) and leave b4 6 pm !!
Are they working in any coporate office or banks.
When other got their flats furnished here was no such rule.
Hope PFC management considers everybody's time n money involved of those who want to move in or rent it , than just those flats owners or tenants who are residing in the flats.
