Also very small apartments. The price that they say is less in the beginning, only the basic cost is shown, but after adding all amenities and taxes becomes huge, a usual sales trick.

The project is currently under construction and will be completed by 2024. Payment options are available, and many banks have offered financing. Reputable builders who are well-connected to the city's major landmarks. There is a payment option available, but it will be phased out soon. For certain towers above 5 floors, there is a great view of Bannerghatta Road, the metro, and the Nice roads. A two-bedroom apartment with covered parking costs. shops will be built, football, cricket, and tennis courts are planned, as well as a club house with a swimming pool. Cars in the basement and on the ground floor parking. Excellent value for money. Models one and two bedrooms are complete. The staff is pleasant. If you don't mind the distance from the city centre, you can go for it.

Project under construction, will be ready by 2024. Payment options are there and many banks have come forward for financing. Reputed builders and connected to major places of the city. Option for payment available which will be discontinued shortly. Great view of Bannerghatta Road, metro and Nice roads for certain towers beyond 5 floors. Two bedroom apartment costs Rs 53 lakhs have covered car parking. One bedroom costs Rs 33 lakhs + with open car parking, shops will come up, football cricket tennis courts are ear marked, club house and swimming pool on the club house. Basement and ground floor car parking. Value for money. Model one and two bedrooms are ready. Friendly staff. If one does not mind the distance from the city centre, then they can opt for it.

Good residential area.Cauvery water also available .Prestige always provides good amenities in their all societies.One BHK almost sold out and two BHK available in Ist phase.It will be handed over on May 2024.Better to invest now, Definitely what we pay now that value will be crossed more than 40 % during possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place now looks isolated, but as always the surrounding areas would pick up in couple of years down the line. While coming from Bangalore city , the google maps shows a very different and complex route. I suggest point the google map to Silk Institute metro and then amend it to Prestige site.
The construction is going on in full swing.
Unfortunately customers are not allowed in the site area. The Staff were kind enough to show me the progress by a video conference.
