★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Association rules are horrible, do not prefer this apartment- 1) Guest vehicle entry not allowed more than 2 hours. 2) If the resident has more than one vehicle, only one vehicle allowed inside. Other vehicle is not even allowed inside. Even of u have one covered parking , only one vehicle that has been registered in the apartment is allowed.
3) parking sticker has to be stuck to the glass.
4) associate owners treat tenants like third world citizens.
5) special rules in place for bachelors
6) Amenities are free for only husband and wife living in the apartment. Parents , siblings and children above 12 years are not allowed to use the amenities. you have to pay Rs 300 per person
7) Window grills are so wide that monkeys enter the apartment often , because the sliding doors are third rate quality and .monkeys are easily able to open them. Complained million times no one responds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't live there but have owned a couple of apartments since 2010. It's nice if you like quiet, verdant places. You'll, however, be deterred by any sort of commute into Bangalore because of the condition of the roads and traffic. I also don't know how safe the roads around Hillview are at night because the neighborhood is sparsely populated with nary a soul outdoors. Oh and if you're someone with adult children, you'll find Sunscape apartments rather small rather quickly :)

Cleanliness is maintained.
I visited here for my relative's house(flat) warming ceremony.
