★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the site office of Maangalya Park Avenue by reference of my friend who has already booked a apartment with them. I loved the property as it has a good growth prospects as an investment and having a home in Bangalore. The property is located in JP Nagar, 9th Phase which I did not find very far from many popular destinations. The unit size of the flats are quite huge and the amenities are also great with the amount of greenery around it, so peaceful and comfortable. I am planning of finalizing my search for a property in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's most certainly overpriced in today's market with most likely delivery in 2023. The location is accessible thru a narrow Street which will get choked after the other property (much larger) also comes up. Clubhouse is a single building on 2000+ sqft.

Property is under construction.
Expected completion date is October 2022 (RERA date is end of 2023). Comprises of 144 units of 3 BHK apartments spread over 2 blocks (A and B) in an area of 2 acres.
Not sure how the other reviews refer to a beautiful pool and amenities when the units are still under construction. Will keep posting updates
