Personal Training and Staff: My Personal Trainer is Mr. Ankit, Incredibly friendly and extremely qualified (Same with Mr. Vighnesh and other staff), Works according to your goal, they know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts, they answers all of your queries. 2. Nutrition: Thanks to Mr. Shailesh for simple yet effective diet plan, they are considering all of your eating habits, medical conditions and accordingly they plan your diet. I have tried other plans from online references but this plan works fantastic. They are taking regular follow-up with you for necessary changes. 3. Fitness Tracking: When you join WILDFIT, They perform your Body Composition Analysis, some strength exercises to analyse your current health status. Workouts are planned according to that and periodically these tests are performed again to measure your improvements. 4. Workouts & Facility: 4-5 Sessions per week, Training time is allocated according to our schedule considering work-life balance. Workouts are fun, Fellow members are inspiring, personal trainers are giving you instant feedback and adjustments during the workout, encourage you and Push you to your limits, small and private gym that feels more personal, such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors.

They keeps in mind all aspects like age, experience, correct poster, right n healthy diet which makes the whole program worth the efforts. It's a great place to workout and value for money. Thanks to WILDFIT, we achieved my goals ahead of schedule. My trainer and nutritionist have been professional throughout and also very patient with me, especially at the beginning when I didn’t look like I was going to even make the first week. In the end it paid off as I started to follow a healthier diet. we noticed my body was responding well to the changes and I felt better and better as the days passed. I lost 7kg in 2 months of training whilst also building some muscle. I’ve enjoyed every single session and we haven’t even reached the end of the programme yet. The gym is very well organized and Maintained. The staff are always so friendly and approachable which is great. Highly Recommended for those who want to achieve their fitness goals.

I have been associated with WILDFIT for almost 2 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. The team is extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve the goals we have set. The workouts are always different and I look forward to each session.The trainers are very personable and a well rounded people. The whole training and nutrition has helped me tone and strengthen my body, so I will now be able to compete to the best of my ability in college athletics. I was never excited about exercise, but I was turning 45 and had spent too many years in a sedentary job. I am a mom to athletic children and it has always been important to me to be the “cool” mom—that meant I needed greater strength and stamina to keep up with them. It seemed like the best thing I could do to reach those goals was to go to the gym and get fit. It just wasn’t happening on my own, so I decided I needed a personal trainer. I worked with a few trainers, and it was when I started working with WILDFIT that things really started to click. My photos from just the past two months show an improved me as a result of exercise and a better diet. I am becoming stronger and have gained greater balance than I have had in years. I have been taught to find and strengthen my core, proper form, the types of exercise needed to target problem areas, and the importance of good nutrition. The team knows how to encourage and motivate me. I actually have developed an appreciation for a good workout. I stand straighter, I am developing some muscle definition (who knew I had muscles?) I continue to work on the original goals and added additional ones of being more fitter. I am getting confident each day that I will reach all my goals!

After visiting multiple gyms and training centers best choice I’ve made is training at WILDFIT. This is a fantastic gym and nutrition studio. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. Personally i like how trainers give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I’ve been going here for a month now and I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!!

I have always been into fitness, but always cardio-based fitness. I had wanted to experiment in strength training for some time, but never had the confidence to experiment in a gym. I found Wildfit online just after lockdown 2 and had a telephone consultation with the TEAM. That is where it all began.! I immediately fell in love with exercise again. They have got a great personal training and nutrition program and you walk away after each session feeling massively motivated. From learning a new exercise, to understanding how each movement benefits the muscle group being trained. The difference in body composition I’ve achieved in a month is incredible, which is why I am highly motivated and I don't think I will ever be leaving this place. Thankyou, Wildfit Team, Keep Going!
