You will not believe it but we were troubled since the expensive harness we had bought of 'ruffwear' brand from another outlet for our lab 6 months ago had given way at the tension spot. But at Windsor, they just took it and called me up 3 weeks later. When I went back, I expected it to have been mended by a cobbler, but they handed me a NEW replacement. Hats off! It doesn't get better than this. I wish them the very best!
